Special Order Policy
Division Mogul does not carry certain products in stock. If a customer wants to order a special order product, please be advised that:
Special Orders may take 4-6 weeks +/- (depending on product availability). Customers will be notified via email the status of their special order.
All Special Order products must be pre-paid before the item is ordered from Division Mogul. If a price is subject to increase, we will notify the customer in advance.
All Armour and Helmets are Special Order products which their is no refund or exchange unless a defect is present.
Special Order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
When you receive the “Special Order” item, you must immediately and carefully inspect the shipment for any possible shipping damages. Any problems should be reported to us within 24 hours after receipt of your shipment. If problems are not reported to us within 24 hours, we will not be responsible for correcting any problems.
For Special Orders that are over $1000.00 or more, the customer is recommended to add extra insurance to their order. Extra Insurance can be up to $20.00. To add extra insurance, please email us before placing any orders.
Division Mogul ships with Canada Post. Unless Extra Insurance is added, orders will be shipped by standard shipping with signature,tracking number and $100 Insurance only.
