Special Orders
Please be advised that prices will change due to the USD/CAD exchange rate.
Division Mogul does not carry certain products in stock.
If a customer wants to place a special order, be advised:
*Special Orders may take 3-8 weeks (depending on product availability), customers will be notified via email on the status of their order.
*Extra charges such as duties and customs fees will apply to USA orders on INFANTE ULTRASONICS, ESCA TECH/D-Lead and Weapon Shield/Steel Shield Products.
*All Special Order products must be pre-paid before the item is ordered from Division Mogul. If a price is subject to increase, we will notify the customer in advance.
*All Red/Green Dots, Scopes and Magnifiers ( Aimpoint, EOtech, Holosun, Meprolight & Trijicon ) are special order items; these items are sales final and non-refundable. Unless there is a manufacturer defect within the item.
All Special Order products are sales final and non-refundable.
When you receive the “Special Order” item, you must immediately and carefully inspect the shipment for any possible shipping damages. Any issues must be reported to us within 24 hours after receipt of your shipment. If these issues are not reported to us, we are no longer responsible and the customer accepts the item as is.
For Special Orders that are valued higher, we recommend adding extra insurance.

*Division Mogul ships with Canada Post. Unless Extra Insurance is added, orders will be shipped by standard shipping with signature, tracking number and $100 Insurance only.
